yassin (Miss Mogga)

Outsider art and the lowbrow… tattoos, fairs, circus are artistic influences: “I make the zines Skirtsteak and Smile, have published one novella called Blue in 1984; also published in Muzzlemouth zine the strips Carmen Cat and Ethnic Girl in Word Up magazine, Cardiff.” Yassin also makes music and costumes; she is open to collaborations, explorations and is especially keen to make short films, cabaret and more comics.

Darren White ..................................................................................................... Born in 1974 on the outskirts of London, Darren is the epitomy of the unseen enigma. Twisted pistons mis-fire, parked sideways in a parallel bay. Never
missing an opportunity to hide from plainarity, and the mundane, Darren was born into a desert landscape, unfit for most humans. But yet he survived, at the
cost of his sanity. He now is making efforts to leave the desert behind him, following the light of truth and the perceived reality of a loonie.

Vitamin Joe (Darren White/ Vlad Alexander)

I was born under the sign of Fffuh. It is very lucky that I was not born in the great rains, as this would displease the gods of Fffuh. I am proud of my strong
Fffuh ancestry, which perpetuates and recapitulates my destiny's child, my hormonal imbalance, and my word of truth of the king of Fffuh.
Darren & Vlad's strip 'The Amazing Flip-Flop' appears in Paper Tiger #2

Vlad (fashion penis)
Born in Liverpool in 1971, Vlad is a highly evolved monkey, now able to communicate with human-like sounds, and type short sentences. A fanatical
born-again vegan, he likes nothing better than to burst into McDonalds, a taped recording from an abbatoir blaring from his ghetto blaster, and ask for
a 'double grilled McDeath burger', before being forcibly ejected from the premises. His greatest unrealised dream is to touch Avril Lavigne's bottom.

steve Ingram
His name is Steve and he works on a 'need to know' basis. Steve has written a number of different comic strips in the past, the first of which being the spectacularly misunderstood Gerald which appeared in a school magazine. Ones he still writes are Caffeine (obviously), the as yet unpublished Ugly Guy vs the World and Planet of Sound about the Danish rock band Planet of Sound. And that'd be about all you need to know!

sally-anne Hickman

john Freeman
John is a comics writer, editor and creative consultant whose past work includes strips for Marvel, Judge Dredd: The Megazine and currently writes for Toontastic's Lucky Bag and Beyblade titles as well as work for Titan Magazines and other companies. Fin Man 7
The mysteriously soggy Fin-Man-7 has bubbled up from his hidden brain reef to produce the first segment of Pograzye 23 for Paper Tiger. All we know about him is he dreams best when submerged, that fishcakes are a staple, that aquariums make him melancholy and he thinks Hellboy's fishy pal Abe looks seriously cool in the movie. Fin Man 7 is currently annoying the blow-fish while working on projects for his soon-to-be-up-and-gurgling website and completing the first segment of Elevator's for the inspirational Axel Heyst's exciting new Toffeehammer project.

sean Duffield
Sean is an evolved ape, often lovingly referred to as Dr Seanelius. His first attempt at self-publishing began with the zine MUZZLE MOUTH (site still being slowly constructed), which gave him an outlet for years of frustration and bottled-up rage, but a sense of joy at finally being able to articulate himself, no matter how primatively. Since then he has appeared in Philadelphia's (US) TRIC Zine, aswell as Calgary's (Canada) SPUR magazine. He has also worked on strips for the Sound Of Drowning: Dialogue Anthology, MISTY Halloween Special, Toonadelic Times,RiverWurst Anthology alongside Hunt Emerson & Simon Gane and is about to appear in the upcoming The Strip comic in Brighton. He has also done numerous poster, flyer, and cover illustrations, most of which he did for free, for a pittance or for freshly-picked berries. After being in Brighton after four years and evolving into a highly sensitive yet still hairy being, he decided to make efforts to become a social animal and assemble a rag-tag bunch of desperados for the Paper Tiger Comix Anthology. The rest, as they say, is history.

The most current project is to set up an Arts based Community Group right here in Brighton.
